But at least he's doing things while talking this time, and has gathered an ornate tin full of the same type of discs in nearly unimaginable colours, as well as a box filled with what look to be a great mess of small holographic projectors and oddly shaped crystals. He takes handfuls of each of these and begins to busy himself around the room again, working that Gallifreyan magictechnology by hanging them round walls and corners... with nothing to hold them there.]
