Awwww. This was a really sweet retelling of canon, and it worked really well! :D I love the idea of Wyllt sneakily waiting until they weren't looking to steal all sorts of things from Arthur. XD

Aww this is so cute and lovely. You did a really good job of showing how much Merlin cared for Freya, and Wyllt stealing Arthur's cheese gave the ending just the right amount of lightness and hope. Good job.

oh dear god this just melted me into a (very happy) puddle of goo. i am so very very in love with the idea of merlin having a son THAT HAS HIS EARS! that. that right there. that is the cutest image i have EVER had. merlin and wyllt and their matching eyes and matching hair and matching adorable sticking out EARS. I WANT THIS SO MUCH. *ahem* i mean. this was sweet and wonderful and well written. i loved this reworking of canon. beautiful. and i love that wyllt inherited his father's magic and uses it to steal food from arthur. aww. he really is a mini merlin. i hope his first word is prat...

Awww yay. Glad you enjoyed it. Hee hee I just pictured Wyllt with the exact same ears. ;-) I'm glad the reworking eorked for you. And yes like father like son. I really hope so too. I am sure Merlin is encouraging him to say 'prat'.
