in my opinion, hoshino just kinda writes the plot as it goes on, and so there are things that seem all over the place. because, uh, allen was a kid when he met mana, and he grew up, he's taller than when he was in the first volume. So it's not that he doesn't age. He ages. Sure in that panel, allen was still a kid, but in Neah's next memory, Allen was shown to be an adult (or at least teenager?). Well of course it's an entire different story if Allen shrunk to a kid and grew up all over again. Or, he died and then be reborn LOL. But anyway, the point is, I don't know if it was intentional and she'd work on the holes later, but the plot now does seem... random. Well, I just hope hoshino can tie them all together so that there will be no plot holes. :|
What made me raise my eyebrows was Kanda's arm, though. Is that a sign of a 'fallen one'? .___.
I don't remember where I read it all, but some people have been making interesting comments there while we all waited the chap to finally get translated

dude, that one you say looks like Kanda - I think it's just some shadow stuff, I think it's the same person from the lower left corner in page 6, who looks like.... an older Allen
