"I need a hero I'm holding out for a hero 'til the morning light He's gotta be sure and it's gotta be soon and he's gotta be larger than life Larger than life Ladies and gentlemen!" A cheer rises before Value even begins her introduction this time. "Coming to you from right smack in the middle of the United States, the one-a, the only, Tyyyyler Marlocke!"
"Yeah, pretty much, some are pretty tame too, and they'll steal money or food, but anyone talks about harming kid around them's gonna find a squid in their bed." Some villians have families too. And are very doting parents.
"Getting superpowers isn't always guaranteed either, both my mom and dad can fly and shoot lasers and throw buildings around...but I don't have any powers myself."
Tyler would like to say something nice about this but...
"It's frustrating. Really frustrating. You know all the comics you guys read? Well the kids back home read em to, but they think that's how they should act with their powers, or sometimes they let their powers do the thinking for them." Tyler sighes. "Some of them are really good at using their powers to help, but like some Guardians here, some charge in without a second though to the consequences."
"...like say...charging into a room and announcing yourself when you're trying to catch a rogue teleporter."
