It's just a small headache. It should pass in a day or so. How've you been?

OH! And the coins? I believe there is something called a auction going on. I don't really understand it.

I've heard there's a dinner for the winner. That alone seems worth it. Might bid in one of the poor sods, just to have a drinking buddy for the evening.

That would be nice. Do you know who you will bet on? I don't know the people very well.

Some of the ones already in a bidding war. But it's a good way to get to know someone I'm sure.

A bidding war? The ones with a lot of people using their coins to get them? I gave my coins to my friend to help save her friend.

Tell you what. I'll give you some of my coins and we can bid one a few people without bids on Friday. And then we can both go to the party.

Absolutely! Besides, some of those blokes don't have a single bid. Might as well build some self esteem. The happy times here are hardly existent. Take em while it's possible.

Yes! I agree! I don't want anyone to be lonely.

[Well, it's not entirely altruistic. They'll get to have some good food.]

It seems a good place to meet some new people as well.

Yes! It will be a lot of fun. Like when we had the sleepover.

[John's smile is a little sad. He and Sherlock had been fighting over that party. Even the bad memories make him miss the other man.]

Fun is something we're all in short supply of. I'm sure you'll be right.

It is. It's strange, but this place has given me some of my happiest memories.

I still wish I was home. I miss having something to do that isn't worrying about people I love.
