[Komui is lying on his bed, curled on his side, breathing shallowly. His eyes are glassy and his jaw slack. It takes him a few moments before he speaks and when he does his voice is slurred]

Doctor, please.

[He twitches, bringing his right arm into view. His hand has been acid-burnt deeply, the skin sloughed off of his fingers and tattered tendons exposed in the back of his hand. Up his arm, tapering off at the elbow, are splash wounds, deep and raw.

Komui just closes his eyes, completely unperturbed. The feed times out soon after]
