From what I've seen, it kind of varies. Most people seem to be experiencing physical pain, some are getting mental stuff, others are just getting something ridiculous. Mine's being cut along an old scar every time I talk.

You haven't been talking too much, have you?

Good. Saying a few words isn't worth having to deal with whatever it is.

Sounds like it. That's the point, I think. Someone earlier in the week mentioned the people in charge trying to teach us a "lesson" but I highly doubt that's what this is. It's really more like they enjoy tormenting us.

yeah i mean, i dont know if its a lesson. because its a pretty dumb one if it is.

i dunno, i just think theyre jerks.

It's not a lesson. The people in charge don't really have the brain power to pass out real, meaningful lessons.

They really are just jerks. Jerks who like to watch us squirm. That's all the meaning there is behind these experiments.

do you think theres anything we can ever do about it? or do we just have to deal with it like guinea pigs?

There's plenty of ideas regarding that floating around. I know one week they managed to completely stop an experiment but...they paid for their efforts.

I'm not sure how they did. I haven't really heard the details. But apparently there was a pretty bad...punishment for the people involved.

We all are. I think it's sort of a touchy subject. I only know about it because of a few stories and one of the experiments that happened while I was here.

yeah, somehow i wouldnt be surprised if people didnt want to talk about it.

Yeah, that seems to be a pattern in this place. But I just thought you should know that there have been attempts and the result of those attempts. The real answer is: There's no easy way out of here.

I think we should all be as prepared for what this place can throw at us as possible. And good. The minute you give up is the minute this place wins. That can't be allowed to happen.
