005 days until next--???-day. Happy Easter!

[Y Helo thar Facility! The 'berry actually is showing a shot of an Easter basket--at least it seems to be an Easter-basket. It looks to be made of spider-webs, and there is candy corn, amidst chocolate-eyeballs, and a green-colored chocolate bunny, with stitches and red eyes. There is also a scarily-painted easter egg, looking like a pumpkin.]Hello ( Read more... )

It's a lot different than the Easter baskets I used to get when I was little but thank you. I never would have expected anyone to try to celebrate a holiday here. [Totally not bothered by the whole talking skeleton thing]

You're welcome! Celebrating Holidays--usually Halloween, admittedly---is what I do. I'm from the Holiday Woods, specifically, Halloween Town; we're responsible for Halloween.

As I said, I wasn't sure if Mr. Cotton-Tail would be able to come to this place, but I was certain he'd want everyone to enjoy his Holiday. So, I did my best to make it fun.

I'm Jack! Jack Skellington.

Halloween Town? That sounds like an interesting place to live.

I'm sure he'd appreciate all the work you put into this. It was a nice thing to do. Especially for some of the kids here.

I'm Kate. It's nice to meet you.

Glad you do, I love my Easter-Icons! (has been planning this for weeks) scarygoodtime April 24 2011, 21:14:06 UTC
I think it's interesting, even if I'm sure you'd find it interesting in a different way, considering I'm used to it as well. It's a pleasure to meet you Ms. Kate, and I was glad to do it. Holidays are fun, and I thought everyone should enjoy it.

I'm glad it worked out for you. This was a cute idea <3 artemisaim April 24 2011, 21:24:52 UTC
What's it like there? Specifically, I mean. Obviously it's all Halloween themed. In that case, I think we're lucky to have someone like you around. This place could use a little cheering up every now and then.

It's not over yet! I'm also surprised and overwhelmingly pleased that everyone is enjoying. scarygoodtime April 24 2011, 21:33:38 UTC
Well...I'm not sure what you mean, exactly. We're responsible for putting on Halloween, so we're...'themed' as you say. But I think it's nice--we have a very nice Town Square with a fountain that has water a most delightful shade of blue green that glows. The graveyard is well tended, and tends to be very twisty and turny, so when the fog hits it just right, it's easy to get lost--not that this is a bad thing. The pumpkin patch is also very nice to see, as Behemoth keeps it well tended and worries over his 'babies'.

I'm a bit surprised this place needs cheering up, with Sora here. Then again, I suppose he has his moments too.

That's actually exactly what I'd expect a town responsible for Halloween to be like. Is everyone from there a skeleton or just you? [Curious superheroine is curious]

Sora's the one who got married during the F3, isn't he?

Oh no...I mean, the Hanging Tree is a Tree, and while his hanging men are skeletons, he isn't. The Mayor isn't, and the Witch Sisters are witches. There's also the Lake Monstress, and Behemoth--who's human-ish. There's the Corpse Family, and the Vampire Brothers, and Wolf-Man... There's Clown, and Mr. Jekyll 1, Mr. Jekyll 2, and Mr. Jekyll 3.

Dr. Finklestein is actually confined to a wheelchair, but is a brilliant scientist. Sally, who used to live with him as his servant, is a rag doll with very pretty blue skin and she's a talented seamstress.

Yes, yes he is. I've met him before I came here, so I'm glad to find him here too.

So there's a lot of different kinds of people, then. Sorry about all the questions. It's just that everyone here is from somewhere different and learning about their homes is kind of interesting.

He seems nice. I think he said he was about my age too. [Which is cool because there don't seem to be many people her age here]

Oh it's alright, I can understand. I'm very curious myself, and it's an asset in the kind of work I do, as it means I'm always looking for new ideas for better Halloweens! Sora is very nice, and helpful, and a good friend.

I'm also glad to meet you Ms. Kate, although I think I'm probably older than yourself.

Being curious is an asset in my work too. [You have to know what's going on around you to effectively do superhero things] I'm glad to meet you too. Age isn't a huge deal to me or anything, it's just nice to meet people in your age group sometimes.

I can understand that, as it's important to have someone who understands you.

[Oh yes, that he knows well, now. Was hard for him to find, after all.]

It is. Everyone needs someone in their life that they can relate to.

Anyway, thank you again for working so hard on Easter. I hope everyone else appreciates it too.
