Wish Week Permissions and also potential for plotting!

Okay so I got permissions for a wish for Wally that may or may not affect people depending on how you want things to play out for your character.

So Wally's wish is for friends and he's also a very terrible flirt. I thought for this week Wally should have pheromones that affect people around him and their "attraction" to him.

This does not automatically mean everyone wants to jump his bones or declare their undying love, oh no! They can also just equal attraction as in, something draws your character to maybe say hello when they normally wouldn't, or be nicer/more tolerant when he talks to them even though usually they would find him annoying and want to punch him in the face. Adults might think he's a cute kid and feel the urge to pat him on the head. They want to know him or be near him, but they don't necessarily have to feel any kind of romantic or sexual attraction. Wally just wants friends/attention, really.

You can also very easily just say your character has too much willpower/a really bad sense of smell/the wrong kind of physiology/etc, whatever you want and nothing happens. Your character isn't affected whatsoever. Wally himself does not have control over when/how the pheromones will be released so you can also just say nothing happened that way, too.

The pheromones will smell like a pleasant scent to whoever they DO affect. Nothing strong, just something light and breezy on the air that they happen to like. For each person the smell can be different because it's adapts to what they personally like. It's not going to spread around the entire station and draw people to him, or affect people through the berries. You'll have to be somewhat near (200 yards for people with super noses, maybe) to where he is to be affected.

Everything about this is completely up to you guys. You can decide if your character is affected, how strongly, and in what way. You can even decide if/when/should your character notice that they're behaving differently and they can snap out of it with some added willpower, unless you would rather them be more strongly affected. All up to you. And if you would rather I not tag you with Wally in any action thread during this week because of this, I'm okay with that, too, just let me know.

Also, Toro/Tom (relightabull) is being de-aged because his wish is to relive his younger days when he thought things were "simpler," but he's getting set back to when he was a brainwashed Human Flamethrower working for the Soviets in the early 1950s (In Marvel, it's always Nazis, Soviets, or Skrulls). He's going to get beat up and shocked out of it, but anyone who wants an anti-American "teenager" possibly throwing fireballs at them, let me know! If you look American/talk like one/dress like one, he's going to assume you're one of the enemy. I'm not planning on him doing any big damage beyond a maybe a hole in a wall/burned grass/scorched park benches, but I'm definitely willing to plot some things out for before he's sent into a mini-coma.
