When: From the beginning of the destruction to reset
Where: The capes' safehouse
Summary: While destruction reigns supreme outside, near the bank is a house surrounded in a dome of barely-there blue light; it stays up, untouched by the black blood and the storm of powers outside.
Rating: PG, I'll bump it up if needs be.
Warnings: None that I can think of besides the obvious language and event stuff going on.
OOC: Action or prose is fine. Threadjacking and mingling is highly encouraged!
The house is fairly well-stocked with both food and medical supplies because the capes are paranoid hoarders and they had an idea this would happen. The magic barrier surrounding the house and yard will let people in but it repels the black blood and debris. There are capes on guard to get rid of clowns and spheres.
The world may be falling apart outside, but things are under control inside the barrier.
