This is a hard one... maybe Zelda. I would say Nabooru if it weren't for your weak points. I say you are most like Zelda.

Can almost see a Malon there, but in the end I go with Ruto. Loud, fast, protective? Hells yeah. She can be the mature/immature sort. Could see her with a perverted sense of humor. Generally sound fairly relaxed. And, hey, Naval Academy... water... It works. ;)
