God I love weekends. Yes, I know I say that every Sunday but I do. Today I slept until nearly midday. I haven't done that in many a moon.

One blemish on my happiness at the moment though: last night I forgot to tape Doctor Who. Dammit.

I really, really, really, really want the Buffy one, but ack, I can't afford to spend that much money now that I'm saving up for a car. :(

I wish somebody loved me to the amount of $250.

Oh honey, so do I!! I'm in exactly the same boat, being still sans car after my accident a few weeks ago. Bah! Doens't the universe realise that the one thing that cheers a sad fangirl is a good boxed set? ;)

Bummer about the Dr Who, but last night's ep wasn't 'omg amazing don't miss it'. There were no snogs. ;)

Ah, thanks for the reassurance! I knew it wasn't going to be a seminal, groundshattering ep so maybe that's why it clean fell out of my head!
Hopefully a close personal friend of mine who happens to have the series from the interwebs will lend me it to watch soon so I can catch up!

I used to love Xena and Hercules! They'd be on about 5-7 pm on a Saturday, which was the perfect 'collapse in front of the telly' limbo time after getting home from shopping and before getting ready to go out somewhere. They were so camp and fabulous, plus they both had the incredible Bruce Campbell. And Craig Parker! Didn't I once send you a video of CP's episode? Oh, the memories!

I hear you about the DVD's. I have so many things just sitting in a drawer still in plastic. Bah!

Oh, Craig Parker! I could just swoon! Yes, you did send me an ep of his, I have the tape somewhere in a box in the garage I think! I did watch it countless times when I first got it though ;)

Oh gawd, Bruce Campbell! He was so totally cool. Hell, he IS so totally cool. I want to read his autobiography so bad.

I need to have some sort of private DVD marathon one weekend to catch up on all my unwatched movies...!

Poor xehra! But, like aussiepeach said, it wasn't that amazing. Teh Doc had sideburns, which was cool, and he got all shouty, which was kinda funny, but he only wore his glasses a little bit. Also, Rose was being all smart, so they put her out of action. Obviously Rose can't be smart for too long, it would mess things up.

I forgot to tape BSG last Wednesday, so I share your pain. Damn Channel Ten and their House repeats. If I'd been taping House, I would've remembered to tape BSG. Grr.

Aw, the Doctor in sideburns - adorable! And I think you're right about Rose, she can only be self-sufficient for so long before needing to be rescued and/or put out of action again... *rollseyes*
I'll hopefully be able to catch up with the DVDS :)

OMG, I would be so devastated if I forgot BSG! Though I haven't watched last week's ep yet myself :p I am so <3ing that show again so much!

I could KILL Ch 10 for keeping putting on House repeats. And they even advertise the new episode! It makes me feel like writing a stern letter... GRR.
