i actually have seen brian have an episode and it's scary, i had to call an ambulance because first he wouldn't move/respond to me then he was walking around the house CLEARLY having no idea what he was doing. it was like he was just going through motions of things he normally did but they weren't in the right context (like turning the light on and off repeatedly walking out the door and then doing it again). plus he would talk to me and it made sense but it was almost like an automated response "i'm fine honey who are these people?" (when the emergency people were standing around him) afterwards he had NO idea what happened and no memory of anything that happened.
