Anyways I too am trying to get exercise. Do you take the stairs in your building? I always take them down and I TRY to take them at least a few floors up. I think its a realistic way of getting some exercise in your daily life. However when the weather is nice I am thinking of long walks in Springbank, around the area we picked up trash.. if you are interested we could meet up and do it together. However I warn you, I am thinking early mornings. I just love early mornings...so long as I can enjoy my later mornings back in bed! heh

i havne't been taking the stairs, but honestly, my knee still really sucks and i can only do about 10 stairs before it gets down right PAINFUL. i *used* to take the stairs all 8 floors up before the surgery. now i play on my balance ball and occasionally ride my stationary bike. i suck.
but walks sound nice. we will have to try to coordinate that.
can we wait until warming has started though? i feel like i am just keeping it together right now and once this settles down i will have time to make plans as such!
