Sounds cool, whatever it is.
Careful with your ankle: it's better to avoid some exercises, as there are plenty of other ones. What's wrong with the ankle, btw?

T-25 is a beach body HIIT training program, that lasts 25 minutes. Im doing a low impact modifier for the exercise.
My ankle is very weak from repeated sprains.
