But as for now, I wasn't comfortable with the idea of everybody out there reading what I have to say. So there ya go!

Posting a livejournal is to show to the world, things you would normally never tell people about you. But at the same time, the fact that it is a live-journal is kind of a contradiction. Think about it: A journal, in most popular respects, is something you write for yourself, or for people to see when you are dead. But putting that with live is odd because live means it is happening... right here, now at this very moment. So the fact that you put the journal up must mean that you want it to be seen. Maybe the fact that you are blocking the public right now, is because something hurt you, and you need to feel sheltered from it. It is an understandable need, and maybe people should just respect it. But Jess to should know that by doing this, and posting a livejournal, that she is calling out for attention and therefor must have some secret need for people to know what is wrong with her. I don't know. I'm not an official psychiatrist or anything, but I wanted to take a stab at your problems.

lol, nice try Bozzy, but yeah, i have a livejournal to keep a written record of my "youth." i would have a written diary if i wasn't so lazy, so i made an LJ...also, i post pictures and write stuff on it that i wouldn't want some creeper in ohio seeing, haha. you're thinking too complex; the reason it's friends only is so i know exactly who is viewing some of my more personal information - it's that simple.
