Miles lifted his eyes to her face.
"And sometimes it's the honesty that's the worst."

Her eyes turned his shade of pink as she closed her hand and wrapped her fingers around his.

Miles lost a fight with a grin on his face as he watched her.
"We can..." he shrugged lightly, closing his hand around hers, "We can try things slowly - nothing more serious than it has to be?"

While she was thinking it over in her brain, she looked up into his eyes, and the grin she found on his face softened the rest of her very troubled heart.
"I like that- nothing too serious too fast."
She smiled at him, the pink of her eyes deepening as she playfully tugged at him to get him to get out of the chair and onto the floor next to her.
"But only if you promise me something."

"Tell me the something and I'll see if I promise to it," he replied, still holding onto her hand.

"If you do for some reason decide you must run away from me again, will you give me a bit of warning so I can at least say good bye?"
She searched his eyes, the fear of him leaving again written all over her face. Tracey brought their hands onto her lap.

"Can I kiss you now?" She asked in such an innocent way that one could have sworn she'd never kissed him before.

She then turned her head slightly to the side and pressed her lips against his softly at first, unsure, but memory took over and soon the kiss deepened and her fingers found their way into his incredible hair.

When he pulled back for air she turned her face to the side to stop him from coming in for another kiss, then looked back up at him.
"I've missed you, Aaron."
