I'm torn on if I should cut my hair short.. Like JUST past my shoulders and flip it out most of the time. Or.. Let it get even longer then it is. AND! if I should dye it black, Completely dark brown, or light brown.

Grow it out. You're hair is beautiful already but long hair is awesome. Black would be a nice idea. or dark brown.

Grow it out so when you have sex hair, its the coolest sex hair ever. But lose the 'emo flip' .. an emo part is cool though. Just no flip of a piece of hair anymore. I'll explain it to you if you need help picturing what i'm saying =)
