Unfortunately, I was deprived of most of Hey Arnold as a kid. I only saw random repeats on CBS's Saturday morning cartoon block. My family didn't get cable until last year.

That is tragic!

A lot of it's on YouTube now. Actually, rewatching episodes, I've been impressed. There's a lot of jokes that are pretty clever for a Saturday cartoon.
