I really enjoyed this. I love that Gibbs chose Tony over Colonel Mann, and that you highlighted how well they understand one another. This is something that I'd love to see happen on the show, even if only the recovering post-undercover portion of it, and it would fit with Tony knowing Gibbs' place so well and being so comfortable there.

I'd love to see this happen on the show, too! Even without the slash, I could see it happening and see Tony needing a little bit of grounding to get back to himself. Whichever himself he's showing the world that day. And you're right, it would fit with Tony knowing Gibbs' place and being comfortable there, a la "Flesh and Blood."

Great - could easily see Mann pulling that sort of stunt, and if she doesn't trust Gibbs, then she needs to go away! Is Tony gonna ask? Pretty please?

*giggles* If you couldn't tell, I didn't like Mann all that much.

And of course Tony will ask! Don't be silly ;) The real question: will I be able to write Tony asking? That's not so sure.
