Also since I know you're down with Afghanistan do you have any book recommendations? I'm really wanting to learn more about Pashtun culture and.. basically anything. I feel like I'm missing a huge chunk of knowledge when it comes to the -stans.

I only know books on Afghan women. My friend is coming-out with a book on Afghan girls' soccer this year.

I'll think about the books and get back to you. I think something just came out specifically on Pashtuns this year, but I have to think of the name!
