There is a Christian remix of "Lean Like a Cholo" I wish I was kidding.

Today I was having a ~*lunch date*~ at Underground and this woman at the table next to us said to her friend, "I guess everyone forgets what language we speak here."

So I flicked a piece of BBQ in her bag when attentions were diverted. How rude.

Yeah I was speaking boring ol' Spanish but I used to practice Arabic w/ my friends and the reactions were way more hilarious at least.

I put on Sesame Street (Is that the name of the show?) and they had an altered version of the Shake it like a poloroid picture song by Outkast ... I think. Anyway, it was all brush your teeth- brush 'em brush brush 'em. It was pretty bad. Eden was dancing though - she's heard the *real* one.

Also I find the phobia of other cultures and languages to be silly. That woman just sounds silly and narrow minded. I wonder if she knows how rediculous she sounds. Speaking mulitple languages is both a talent as well as a very sought after skill in the business world. When did it become something to look down upon?

Ugh I can't listen to that song without thinking of that one party at the Kennesaw house where it was played over and over and over and over. x_x

People think multilingualism is going to destroy the foundation of America! Because we all speak Cherokee of course.

Do you have my number? Call me when you are settled in in Tucker. :)
