It's amazing, how quickly this summer has passed. All I really have to show for my four months off from school are a very deep tan and a somewhat fattened bank account. I suppose spending so many useless hours operating rides at an amusement park runs the clock down

I didn't like The Nanny Diaries. I found the ending very, very unsatisfying. However, I'll probably end up seeing the movie because I have a girl crush on Scarlet Johannsson.

So, The Historian... worth a read? I pick it up but always put it back down. It's quite long, isn't it? And with school starting again soon, I probably won't be reading anything not for school. But for future reference, I wonder if it's worth buying.

Eh... get it from the library if you really want to read it. I'm not loving it. It's kind of boring, actually. But I have to finish it because my aunt lent it to me and she's expecting a full report. Also, I have problems leaving books unfinished.
