There are a lot of members in here who arent crediting & I found out that there are some that have been banned from a LOT of communitys because their known for stealing.. so I'm starting everything over & its easier to mod since the new one has moderated joining.

you probably didn't read the rules because it says to be accepted, you need to put (1) of the two banners in your userinfo.
