Does anyone know how the drugstore.com BOGO (Buy 1 get 1 free) discount work?

E.g.: L'oreal HIP eyeshadows

I tried adding different colours to cart. (1 Qty per colour) However, the discount was not reflected. However, I tried adding Qty: 2 per colour, there was this small fonts reflected under the price in cart saying 2 for $7.09

So.. Im kinda confused. Do I need to get Qty:2 of the same colour each to get a BOGO??

BOGO does not work for my sprees because it's only limited to ONE PER HOUSEHOLD. & it's already been used.
