I went to campus for the first time tonight so Chrome and I could meet with freshman that are interested in writing for the paper. I walked up the stairs on the side of Ely by commuter parking and right as I grabbed the handle of the door a bug flew into my eye. Like.. legit landed in my eye. I can't say that's ever happened to me before. I walked

i don't know what it is with the bugs in the rest of the United States, but when I left California for a big road trip last year, I had insect constantly flying into my eyes. It was crazy, like they were honing in on my eyeballs... how did insects make it through millions of years of evolution if they just fly into people's eyes?
anyway, sorry for the long comment, but, you know- when else am i going to get a chance to share that.
