*sighs and hugs* I just don't deal well with things. I'm easily overwhelmed, easy overstressed and all things of that sort. I just don't deal well with life I guess.
Sit in your room when it's quiet and take charge of your space. Take charge of your home, your school, your job and your own things. That includes your personal space, your opinions, your feelings and emotions. Just say it quietly to yourself. Let yourself know that this envasion of your peace and space is over.
Those thing are all yours. You don't have to share them. You don't need to let any of them go, or degrade or fall over. They are yours! To do with as you please.
Now for the hard bit. If anyone tries to take anything from you, including your peace and space, you have to defend it. It can be quietly, but it has to be strongly! You are in charge of your life whether it feels like it or not. Nothing will change that fact.
I just have this feeling that a lot of your stress comes with not being assertive. If I'm wrong please don't be angry with me. And if you want to delete this post, I'll understand. I just want you to be happy and confident. I think you should get to say what goes. :)
Ah.. I dunno if it's not being asertive so much as just... life's not easy. There are always steps to go through and hurdles to jump, people to apease, and theres no easy solutions. Im going to borrow a bunch of money to go to school in the hopes that I can get a job that will pay better and I will enjoy more and then I ca pay back the loan but theres no garuntees. I could get shafted, I could fail and have to repay that money with antoher dead end job. Everything is like that. I have a gf and shes nice and all but I don't know what I want from a relationship so I never feel comfortable with it. I always feel like im getting some sort of raw deal. Like things could be better and I can't enjoy what I have. I'm just nuts.
