Dear gods am I behind on my flist posts! It's unnatural! I've been lost in a great fic and rping and now I'm like 40+ posts behind! *wimpers* So now I'm procrastinating and writing my thoughts on Nesting Dolls.

I actually went and saw the Grudge in the theater. The place was packed and we went in a large giggly group of girls. Some parts were scary there, but you know it's not good when the first thing that happens, the very first death, and half the audience laughed.

Also, best line ever. "Yoko, what's wrong?"

Laughed hysterically for weeks. Still laughing actually. What's wrong, duh, half her face is gone!

Although, I'll admit, I am afraid of small Japanese boys now.

Maybe it would've been scarier if I had seen it in the theatre then. Not really surprised that it was funny though, it was directed by Sam Raimi.

Yeah, true. From the man who brought you Xena and puts his brother in EVERYTHING!

But then, theaters make everything scarier. I think it's the big open space and sub-zero temps.

Yeah, he puts Bruce Campbell in a lot too, but I actually like Bruce Campbell (Go Ash! Woo!)

I agree, I always prefer to go to the theatre. It's more fun. Like when I went to see Freddy vs. Jason (I'm a huge Freddy fan!) I wasn't scared, but it was still a great experience to watch it with a large group of fans.

It's sick, but I actually didn't hate Ecklie, either. He wasn't a prick or out of line for once. I liked Hodges, too.

Jesus.

What the hell is wrong with me?

You know, I thought the exact same thing while watching the episode. Someone else mentioned to me recently that Hodges isn't as bad as he used to be, and I think they may be right. Scary.

I've been noticing this whole season that he's not as bad as he used to be. Even when he's making snarky comments at Greg's expense (funtain water, hee!), he's likeable. It's odd.

Yeah, it's like his snarkiness turned into banter and come on, who wouldn't tease someone about funtain water? I'm still laughing about that one. (I'm Norwegian, that's how my people spell it. haha!)

I felt like Ecklie did the right thing tonight, which creeps me out because I think the guy makes me break out in hives when I look at him. And it was funny seeing Grissom at Sara's house sittin' on her couch while she was breaking down. I mean, it was an eternity before he finally held her hand. And I was wondering how many times the camera could go from his face back to Sara's face before I finally threw up! LOL (it was 5) *wink*

I am not one for the Sara/Grissom ship one little bit, so the idea of Gil in her place made me uncomfortable. And seeing him hold her hand made me spew a little bit in my mouth. I don't want my Gils dating anyone! *cough cough but me cough cough* :D

LOL! I used to be a huge Gris/Sara shipper, then I got sick of them being stupid and making each other pissy because neither of them seemed to know what the hell to do.

"neither of them seemed to know what the hell to do."

*rofl* They still don't! LOL

One thing that makes me mad about CSI, (not really mad, just perturbed), is when ya see Gil hold her hand, then it goes to something else. I mean, what happened with them????!!!! Did they order pizza after her 'break down', did he go home, or did they @%#$?! *barfs* Wait! I don't wanna know! *sits in fetal position sobbing and mumbles and rocks self*

Well, if it makes you feel any better, I'm getting the feeling that they are going to continue the Greg/Sara thing. That was actually written into the script for season 3 (I think, could've been another season) and given how slowly they develope these things, and given their on screen time (and the content during that time) looks like it will be my anguish, not yours. :)

I think my favorite little bit of the eppy was when Nick, Warrick and Cath are talking about the mail order bride racket...

"The best part of what?" LOL

I think Greg/Sara are great together!!!

They are pretty good together, but I'm just coming over to this side. I finally just had to bite the bullet and realize that the producers aren't going to put Nick and Greg together so I'll just have to live in my fanon world for that. :)
