Here we go! I'm watching epic amounts of t.v. I'm behind on tonight, and I actually have some thoughts on the shows I'm watching. Also a few on shows I actually watched during the week so I figured I'd put them all together. Here's to epic t.v. fail!

Cut for spoilers and length.

Hey Ray! Hey Sugar! Tell 'em who we are! )

csi trilogy, fangirling, house m.d., glee!, h/w, supernatural

I don't know if I can sit through Miami and NY, but I may watch Vegas, as I've been pretty current on keeping up lately. That said, you're totally right, it's just not the same anymore.

SPN AND GLEE!!! So much love for LARPers, and I find it hilarious that the wank has started already in fandom (a lot of fans don't like to be called out in regards to our silliness. These fans need to take a baker's dozen of chill pills and STFU, because we are silly, that's what makes us AWESOME)

And oh, Kurt. I want to huggle him and his dad forever and ever :D

Honestly, I don't know how I sat through Miami and especially NY. Like all middle segments of trilogies (with the exception of the Godfather) it was truly a middle child. I can barely remember what happened! Here's what you need to know to not watch Miami and N.Y. (I may mess this up a bit as I know I missed something somewhere, but if you're not going to watch them, it doesn't matter that much! lol!) Ray has a case where a girl has gone missing. Her leg shows up in Miami. Calleigh links the leg to Nevada and immediately says it must be from L.V. and calls up Ray. Ray flies down and is insesantly (sp?) called Dr. Ray for the rest of the episode. They run a bunch of tests and question a bunch of people. Nothing much happens ( ... )

"I also appreciate how House is still House even after Mayfield and getting off the Vicodin"
Absolutely! It's essentially the same House as before, I think House has always cared deeply for Wilson (as it was crystal clear in ep7), but now with his new slight change he's more willing to show it and act upon it and be more open about it, even in his very own fucked up way lol.

"Drugging Wilson to save Wilson's career was perfect and that speech? Holy crap! I dare you to tell me that wasn't House saying "I'm sorry, you mean a lot to me and this is my way of saying thank you.""
More than House's way of saying 'thank you', I would say it's House's way of caring, taking care of Wilson and admitting to past and maybe even present mistakes (like when he says that he takes advantage of Wilson's extreme sense of responsability). I was moved, both by House's words and Wilson/RSL's expressions during the speech :')

"RSL does drugged up far far too well."
I fucking peed myself loling XD

Yup, this episode had Hilson gold 8)

I totally agree. I completely love House's fucked up way of saying 'I love you.' God, the sheer brilliance of their writing! No wonder I love this show, especially after coming from the downward spiral that is CSI.

lolz awesome icon xD

The writing in House is excellent for the most part (**coughHUDDYcough** -_-').
I would say that season 5 was not as good as the rest of the seasons, but they are picking up fast with season 6, so you came in a good time to the fandom ;)

Thanks on the icon front. I, unfortunately, did NOT make it. I can't remember who did now, but I've credited somewhere...

I actually enjoyed season 5, though it was the first season I watched while it originally aired, so that, I think, always changes things for the viewer. Season 6 is definitely going really well though. I have to admit though, the last time I picked up a series that I fell madly in love with this late, it jumped the shark around season 7. I really hope the same thing doesn't happen with House.

I loved SPN. The wank that ensues will be epic. I loved the fan stereotypes, the bad cosplay, the entitlement and stupidity.

The Dean thing, where he says they aren't monkeys? PURE GOLD and a lesson many fans need to take to heart.

It was one of the best eps ever, def. in my top ten.

Fandom needs to get a grip. The wank so far? Priceless. "Wahhh, we're not like that!"

Yes. Yes, you are. I get what it's like to love the show. But there's a big fat glow in the dark line between reality and fiction and a lot of folks in fandom need that reminder. :D

Too true, too true. This episode is definitely in my top 10 as well. So many fangirls go way over board and all I can think is we're here to have fun and because we love the show. The End. Calm down and have some fun already!
