I love it! I think it is really, really cute!! The only thing I would mention is if it is on the ground floor, which it looks like it is. Then I would be EXTRA careful about making sure that the back door is locked up tight when you go to bed. Even if it is a neighborhood with little crime, it is always better to be safe than sorry. I would find a piece of wood or a pipe that is the length of the track for the door that you can just lay down to make sure no one can even FORCE the door open.
It looks nice. As it's a condo, does your rent include the HOA (Home Owners Association) fees? Does the HOA provide for maintenance? Will you be responsible for maintenance? Will the owner be responsible for maintenance? The house I rented, I was responsible for all repairs up to $150. Even if it was the result of the owners negligence. Almost every repair was just under $150.
After you take possession, but before you move in, go through the condo with a fine tooth comb and document every little thing that is wrong, both in writing and with photos. Look at things from every angle, high and low. I've seen things in apartments only because I was lying on the floor or standing on the counters. It will save you when you leave and really helps get your deposit back.
And I know how you feel, Skye. It was the same when I moved in February, and it still feels kinda funny. Good luck, though, and bring Sundae with your for company! Apartments aren't quite as lonely as empty apartments ;)

What she said. If you opt for this place, which it sounds like it's a fair deal, let me know moving dates so I can make sure I'm free to help.

Although that one little window looks kinda...odd.
