This kind of thing is exactly why I keep a list of Free Things To Do. Okay, I subscribe to an email list of free things to do in the Bay Area.

Like the MOMA here is free on Fridays and, in Oakland, a whole lot of galleries open for First Friday. In the summer, there's free movies in the park.

You've got to have something like that around Portland. :-D

I have teeny weeny bits of money, but like a ton of school work to do, including and online test by midnight tonight. I miss having a life.

Can we hang out soon though? I really really really need to get out. Like, you have no idea. That bad.

Well, my payday is Friday. What about some dancing next Saturday? Wear some black, stomp out some of your aggressions, that sort of thing? We'd talked about lunch on Tuesday but it's turning out that I've got 4 interviews and a conference call that day, so that won't really work.

Stomping sounds mucho fun, but I have a 35th b-day party to go to in the 'couv that night, and I don't know if that's a late night thing or what... If it ends early, I'll see if I can catch up with you? (I'll wear black just in case!) :) No problem about Tuesday, I'm pretty jammed on school until after Wed. anyway. Next time perhaps?
