with the ipod, does it just not start?

Well what happened was, I didn't use it for a whole week cause I was sick. I charged it one night and the next morning ALL of my music and stuff just dissapeared. And then everytime I try to upload it to iTunes, it doesn't upload. Whenever I have my iPod plugged in when I start up my computer, it doesn't start up and I get an error message. And my iPod freezes...like stays on the screen. And it's one month old. Evil god damn U2 iPod.

THEY WILL PROBABLY GET YOU A NEW ONE.

AND SAY IT CAUSED A LOT OF INCONVIENIENCE.

TRY TO GET FREE ITUNES OUT OF THEM.

Midterms are gonan be the death of me. I think my parents care more about my grade on them then I do... and they've already emailed/telephoned about half my teachers to talk with them about me, and ask how Im doing in class, so now half my teachers are super aware of me and stalkerish. Damn parents.
