loving this but... it didnt work for me. Im using psp7, and the smudge did nothing for the image in the first steps, and desaturating it afterwards just left it looking really bland, unlike yours.

Gonna try some more as loving the effect.

Yep, all of these tutorials are made using PSP8... I haven't used PSP7 in ages so I don't know if the same effects work the same way - but I guess they don't. I'll look into it, though, for later tutorials.
