There's a planet of diminutive wusses, and we go there sometimes and pick up some slaves when we need them. Other people buy them (Santa, The Keebler Company, Willy Wonka, hell, Snap, Crackle and Pop are probably the same thing).
Though, I don't really know why you'd want to advertise this and put it on your product box.
The North Pole elves were probably a news leak a long time ago (mysterious presents originating from North Pole! At 7.)
I guess the Keebler guys thought it would be OK after people seemed to accept the arctic slavery. *shrug*
