I think what would do better for this country is a day (or two) where everything shuts down. A real honest vacation. No working. no buying presents. no stress of any kind. just a day to sit around and feel great about life and enjoy what you have and just.simply.live.

That person is slightly misinformed, because i DID learn about Jim Crow laws, the battle at wounded knee, malcom x, sojourner truth, and frederick douglas in school. pff.

i'd like that vacation day.
