Sorry to pester here...g_shadowslayerMarch 16 2006, 22:30:57 UTC
This has nothing to do with the mod post -- sorry! I know I made my art the wrong size on my first mix, and knew something had been posted on this comm about insert sizes. Except that now I can't find it. The link in the userinfo goes to some kind of ad site where you can pay someone else to make inserts, etc. and I'm not too keen on poking around looking for it there.
Do you, or anyone out there, know what the actual size of the average CD insert is supposed to be?

You're not pestering, dear. :) This is what we're here for.
Thanks for pointing that out about the link -- when we wrote the info, the site was different and, you know, actually helpful. ha. I personally make my inserts 456px width by 452px height as that is the perfect size for my printer (and I also just like bigger art) but other people make smaller inserts. stormysprite, mod of cortexradio, lists this in the info over there: "Also, as a general tip, an image 324 pixels x 324 pixels fits perfectly in a jewel case. Two sided? Make that 324 high by 648 long."

And yeah, don't you just love when the links change from something nice and useful to something... not. Bleh.
