It's been a week with no response from her Mods. I need to set someone up over there to make sure Trolls and flamewars are contained. It doesn't seem to be real active, but it is fertile ground for trouble.

The original maintainer of this LJ passed away last year, so I don't think you're going to get an answer. Unfortunately, there's a hotlinking issue involved on her old LJ icons page so I can't send you there either. What I can tell you is that if it was a quote from some other movie using images from LOTR (like the one in this comment), it was probably one of hers.
