Two days left of the Christmas holidays and I'm sitting in the new (though still unfinished) house that has one sink, one toilet, no shower, and no interior doors - which is a hell of a lot better than the bungalow, which has no heating

Well like you said, it's quite long and might have delayed you...though I'd recommend it if you do get the time.

It's quite a challenge you've set yourself (if you're anything like me - I'm too easily distracted), so good luck!

It's good to know your house in nearly complete after those years of work - hell you all deserve it after the work which has gone into it.

Remember that showers are over-rated anyway.. I wouldn't worry about that minor detail.
