Mainly because I fancy Nicole Kidman, and have never fancied Woopie Goldberg - a bit to OTT for me. Though now you come to mention it, she probably would make a cool doctor.
But it can be so tolerant - woman and afro-american too... sorry :) I just want to say what Woopie have big comic talant. Nicole hasn't this talant. She can't to be a Doctor without it. Serious, I think Doctor must be a man. In this series many other female characters. If Doctor change sex, the story will be very silly.
