Whats going on? I haven't looked to see if you have mentioned something down further.
Are they making you buy their wrecked car? Thats not right...you did have insurance didn't you, all you should be paying is the $500 excess and the insurance should cover the rest or do they do things different up there.

The car was still in my brothers name.. I hadn't gotten around to changing the rego after I brought it...
He seemed to think it was written off, and considering Fairlanes on the market currently are twice what I'm going to pay him, I didn't feature him putting it into the shop and getting quotes. I could have paid twice what I am to get it fixed...
It's a good thing, really. And by this time tomorrow its ALL going to be out of my hair....... except for my loan, but you know... *smiles*
