today i made a new playlist called crack baby. itunes shuffled itself, and it begins with 'leslie anne levine' by the decemberists and ends 3 hours, 44 minutes, and 9 seconds later after 'life in a nutshell' by those godly barenaked ladies. in between is some alanis, some bright eyes, some bte, some ben, some of the cranberries, it's the end of the world as we know it, godspell, bjork, journey, vanessa carlton, gollum's song and into the west and double trouble, the weakerthans, californication, tori, radiohead, dixie chicks, reba, indian musicals, jewel, vanessa carlton, and the requisite konstantine and postal service. plus a few others. crack baby.

and i'm the only one who's laughing- and it's perfectly okay.
