holy crap! and here I was feeling sorry for myself because of my kickball-induced sore ankle. a broken toe is way more hardcore!

my ankle hurts too! it was all good fun until someone kicked the regular ball too hard and exploded it, and then we had to sub in this tiny weird ball that seriously felt like a fucking bowling ball. The first time I had to kick it it broke my shoe. The second time it broke my toe. Thankfully we won soon after that.

it barely hurts today. playing through the rest of the game kinda sucked and the WORST was coming home after the game and having fat old Max IMMEDIATELY step on it, ha.
