AKA Never Watch Catwalk-Modelling After 2 Weeks At My Uncle’s House

Well, it’s finally happened, I’ve freaked out so much after watching a catwalk fashion show on TV, that I’ve started doing, of all things, SQUATS. But I am ahead of myself, for how did this distressing turn of events occur?

you know, I had no idea you still used this livejournal! I was just trying to figure out how to spell your addy :P (I know, I'm pathetic)

just a quick note to tell you that I shall be catching the train from Prague tomorrow morning - it will arrive in Warsaw at about 8pm, tomorrow evening -- that is, the eveing of the 13th of September... if I don't hear from you I guess I'll call you from the internet cafe I'm bound to be spending the night in!

I'd like to know how the fuck i didn't realize i really wanted to go to prague and see mucha, etc. Too late now obviously. You realize I'm now going to have to go after Turkey, and either pray you want to go again and go furnitute shopping for half a week, or find another traveller with interior design interests....

Ona, it's me again.

I missed my train. I've tried contacting you but I suck. God I wish you had internet access.

Anyway, if by chance you get this - I will be catching the night train, getting me to warsaw at 6.45am in the morning... then I'll come straight to Lipno.

I've tried getting sushi seaweed. I've got everything else. But I've had no luck whatsoever. Maybe you can find it...

So, I hope to see you tomorrow, with all my limbs and all my luggage. I'm going to sleep now, so I won't have to later.

I do have internet access! Mwahahahaha! I'm in Torun I got bored and went shopping again. Got such a cute jacket. Oh thank god this freak guy that was leaving over staring at my laptop screen is gone, I was convinced he was going to steal my bag. Probably lying in wait to mug me later. Joy. Fucking weirdos attracted as soon as you display any sign of wealth.

Um, dunno what you wanna do tommorow, it would be faster to take the train to Torun and then the bus to Lipno (both go few times a day), but then again taking just the bus to torun is easier, but you will have to wait till 1.45. *shrug*.

Yo and all that, I'm in cheery London at the moment. Was in Japan and Russia and Germany and Poland and stuff. Will be coming back in like another 8 months, have to go to Switzerland and Egypt and Jordan and Syria and Lebanon and Iran and Turkey first. Anyway the grand adventure is all listed in my travel journal which is linked in my info I assume. But at the moment I am studying Classics over here. Homer in Greek is great (although we do like 180 lines of translation a week, aaaaaaaargh), everything else is alright ( ... )

Meh. Nothing of terrible interest. Living in a sharehouse with and hating it to pieces. My other housemate is an arrogant bastard. Other housemate is Declan and he's not here half the time. Only two and a half more months to go until the lease is up. Thank god. (Read my journal for the full extent of my woes!)

Still at uni, won't finish until end 2009. Still working at Trilby Misso Lawyers as a Paralegal. Still hate my housemate. Still with Josephina (Joseph). So what kind of degree will you end up with??

Eck, the house situation sounds awful. Luckily the 6 months in a share house I did before I left Australia didn't actually result in me killing anyone, I quite liked it, but I suppose it was a fluke. And I have no idea of who Joseph is, you'll have to point me to a picture or something :p

Oh your job sounds pretty good, what does it entail?

I'm ending up with an Arts (majoring in Ancient Greek Language and Ancient History) at the end of 2007. Obviously that degree is entirely useless in the 'real world' so I'm going back to do a degree majoring in Finance, which I will finish in 2009 as I have a heap of units from QUT I can use to fill in the electives. Eek, 2009, I'll be so old. At least I'll have qualifications that can earn me something other than Monopoly money though, and I hear the average wage in the financial district of London has just gone into 6 figures (in pounds), so yay!
