Patsy: Outside Cloe and Ved's Room

Sep 02, 2004 17:09

Patsy walked down the hallway from the cafe and stood tentatively outside the door. She didn't want to wake anyone if they were still asleep, but she definitely needed to talk to Cloe. She knew Ved was probably in there, too, and.... well the possibilities that suggested weren't things Patsy even wanted to think about ( Read more... )

CLoe rolled over from her curled up position in bed. "Huh?? Oh Hey. Cloe rolled over and fell onto the floor. "Ow!" She stood up feeling very dizzy and tried to walk out of the room. She had to lean against the all. Cloe was fully dressed, but she wasn't sure about Ved. She rolled her eyes and yawned. 'What is it?"

Patsy heard Cloe fall and winced. She was a bit sorry she had woken her.

"Oh, Cloe, I'm sorry to wake you, but...but you'll never guess what happened! Never in a million years!" Patsy grinned widely and had to hold back from grabbing Cloe in a hug, but knew she was tired and groggy.

Cloe slid down against the wall and hit the floor with a light thud. She groaned. "NO,I was awake and feeling fine until this stupid hangover. NOw what? Did Paul come back?" She knew Patsy missed Paul alot and maybe this was why she was so happy.

Patsy was a bit tacken aback by Cloe's comment, but not saddened at all. Paul wasn't back. But - oh - Zandra was! On a normal morning Patsy would have told her that first thing. It was big news. But today, she was teenage girl who was far too excited to think about practicality. Someone else would tell her about Zandra...or she'd just see her for herself. The entire situation barely even flashed across her mind.

Patsy leaned in a little and whispered, still grinning like a moron. "You know Kerry? One of Ryan's kids, with the red hair?" Patsy giggled a little. "He kissed me."

Ved was still out of it. He had heard Patsy and Cloe talking but was too tired and couldn't think enough to even respond. He was confused, though, he felt worse than Cloe did and shes the one who did all the drinking... maybe it's because I'm not TRYING to get up he thought, then sat up. He shook his head and felt a little better. Not as dizzy. He was getting a little agitated with Patsy and Cloe's girl talk, he was a dude and didn't feel like listening to gossip when he felt like he could vomit any minute. He hobbled over to his closet, taking off the shirt with dried puke on it and the smell of alchohol. He couldn't go downstairs smelling OR looking like this.
He looked at the pair of pants he had on since yesterday and shrugged. No use of wasting a perfectly fine pair of pants... and found a
shirt with fishnet sleeves and a black tank with a blue skull and cross bones on it.
He waved the girls goodbye for now, and headed downstairs towards the hospital in search of Patch, he needed some painkillers or something FAST.

Cloe nodded. "You have a Cru--ush" She sang softly and listened to a loud and clunky Ved get dressed, shaking her head. She waved goodbye and watched him try and walk in a straight line. "Who knows, maybe we could have a double date!" She squealed and then was hit with another puking feeling "Ugh....Hope Sal doesn't feel as Crappy as I do."

Patsy smiled and laughed some more but then frowned and put her arm around Cloe. "Are you going to be allright, Cloe? I'm sure Patch or someone would have something that can help?"

Patsy felt bad for Cloe, but also knew that this was exactly the reason why she didn't drink - she never wanted to have a hangover. "How much did you drink?"

Cloe sighed. "I don't know. I'd say...not much? or maybe alot....I don't really remember. We meet up with Gabe.....some friend of Ved's, but he looked familair." She sighed and looked at Patsy. "I'll be fine. Don't worry."
