Sounds like re-vamping was les than totally welcome, or at least caused more hassle than necessary. 'M sorry, and I hope you don't have to again. >'.'

Significantly more hassle. The cause of the revamping has since apologized profusely to both Mom and me, so that's good. . . . And I do get paid for the extra time (though Mom doesn't).
