Didn't there used to be a link on the info page for stamps? Whatever happened to people getting stamped?

How do people get stamped O_o?

It used to be that once everyone voted on who you looked like, you would get a pretty little banner for whatever character one, so that you could put it in your info or wherever.

that link has some of the stamps in it
I think there were others before
however, I don't think people have gotten officialy stamped for a while
