I hate snow, at least to drive in. People in the DC area think that they can drive as fast as usual, no matter the weather conditions, as long as they have 4 wheel drive. I usually see the idiot who flew past me in the ditch or guard rail after a few minutes.
I like to look at the snow, especially while I am curled up with a good book and a hot drink near my woodstove. :)
I guess what I find particularly perplexing is that apparently you telling him to leave you be, as he was a completely douchey creep, somehow prevents him from actually asking for your forgiveness? If he is actually attempting to "make right what [he] wronged in the past", wouldn't that be further, humbling incentive that his lovely, totally pure and God-inspired mission is the right thing to do?
What a wonderful, obviously reformed man. Pardon me, as I fear the eyeball-rolling necessary for that statement may actually result in them falling out of my head...
