I just made a (grad student sized) donation to "No on Prop 8" ( http://www.noonprop8.com/ ) and I encourage you to do the same. They're trying to hit a goal by midnight tonight.

I've met you actually, at some parties in Lansing that Andrea and Amanda and Laurie were at :)

I feel insanely strongly about this - it just didn't occur to me to donate until just now. I r so smrt! I've also been telling my long-distance boyfriend in California how to vote on everything :)

What does vegan outreach do? I'm picturing support groups for those craving milk chocolate.

They're responsible for some anti-factory farm fliers that I gave out to people in the Diag (working with other members of the Michigan Animal Rights [MARS] group). Other than that I actually don't know.
