Bill promising Tom that he's okay when he's really not was so hurty. I thought the inclusion of the boys pretending that Jorg wasn't really gone as children was particularly striking. Tom telling Bill it's going to be okay when Bill can't -- even in the worst of situations they really do make a good pair, together.
