I saw your work in the community jr__nal & I really adored it. As did apparently everyone else, which is why I'm not commenting there.
So here's the thing. I don't follow jr__nal very much anymore because I don't want to devote my time to wading through the enormous amounts of entries posted. But, I really miss being inspired by the really good art journalling that occasionally shows up. I'm considering creating another journal community, and, at the risk of sounding really elitist, regulating membership.
To cut to the chase, the reason I'm leaving this comment is because 1) I want to gauge interest in a more "professional" or "experienced" journal community and 2) because if such a community were created, it would need some starting members & I'd really like you to be one.

I know this is rather last minute, but I'm going to ask a favor of you.
I'm going to be on a backpacking trip from Thursday morning until Sunday afternoon. This means, obviously, I won't have access to moderate the community.
I'm hoping that since you've been the most active member, you could moderate the community while I'm gone. I know this is a big favor, but all you'd really have to do is approve posts and keep the community active by posting and encouraging people to post, apply, comment, and vote.
Get back to me ASAP. If I don't hear from you by tomorrow early, I'm going to assign you and moldypeaches67 moderator status and hope that one of you can do it for me. Sorry about the short notice!
